Booking Policy for Personal Assistant Services
1. Service Overview
- Our personal assistant services provide support to senior adults in their homes, focusing on daily living assistance, companionship, household management, and more.
2. Booking Process
- Initial Consultation (Meet and Greet): All potential clients must schedule an initial consultation to discuss needs, preferences, and service options.
- Service Contract: During the consultation, a risk assessment will be undertaken and a service contract provided detailing the services offered, rates, and terms of service.
3. Scheduling
- Availability: Personal assistants are available for various shifts, including daily, weekly, and occasional support. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
- Advance Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any new bookings or changes to existing schedules to ensure availability.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services without a fee, provided we have availability and at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash or electronic bank transfer. Payment is due in full following delivery of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Invoices: Invoices will be provided payable within 14 days.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Information Disclosure: Clients must provide accurate information regarding health and safety needs during the initial consultation to ensure appropriate care and support. Please refer to our Privacy policy.
- Emergency Contact: Clients must provide an emergency contact who can be reached in case of urgent matters.
7. Feedback and Complaints
- We value your feedback! Clients are encouraged to share their experiences to help us improve our services. Any complaints should be addressed directly to management for prompt resolution.
8. Policy Updates
- This booking policy is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their services.
